I asked him the next day for a list of things he did since the computer is in town and since we are out there it is hard to get to. Here is his reply :-)
- brought a load of items from rental in horse trailer to house and hauled in
- soffit outlets installed and in service. More plates as well.
- Feeders set up and bales in them ready to go.
- Gathered H2O troughs and brought to house.
- Started fireplace, gathered some wood
- Unloaded things from trailer with you and Kaylin
- Went back to town and returned with 1 load, help from Craig
- Back to town and returned with 2nd load, help from Craig
- Drank some beers and went to sleep
At noon Kaylin walked to my work and her and I grabbed Subway for lunch and headed to the ranch. We got the fire going and kept it roaring the whole day since we still have not main floor heat.
Kaylin unloaded into cupboards
the broken patio table
setting up the ramp to the storage trailer
Kaylin moving boxes in
the roaring fire
both moving in furniture
the girls resting.. of course
and she vacuumed
ramp to boxes
the whole basement she vacuumed too
then had the urge to be a gargoyle!!
We all removed the preserve window film after the Gienow guy came at 3:30 and installed screens and handles. Andy the soffit guy stopped out to check the damage and get stuff ordered to repair it
Kaylin found dog sitting drawers
the evening sun setting just before we headed to town to drop Kaylin back home and head to town house to load more stuff
Asher getting and giving kisses to Coco
Craig and Amanda came at 7 ish to help load and move.
Back at the ranch the boys unloaded trailer and inside I unloaded boxes and did laundry in my new set for the first time!. The boys made a 2nd run to town unloading it too.
Then it was social time around the fire where Asher fell asleep in my arms. They headed back to town at 11:30. We assembled our bed by midnight but neither of us could sleep. Must have been the stillness of the night sounds cause Lord knows we were tired. But very successful day and sleeping in the new house was a treat.
