Day 210 - HVAC and Vacuum day

Day 210 - was pleasantly warmer upon waking and got to about plus 4, YAH!! Dan the HVAC guy was at the house at 8:30 cleaning out registers, installing the thermostat and humidity boxes and hooked up the fan coil, getting a few steps closer to heat in the main level.

After school I returned schluter and tile boards to the tile shop and grabbed a couple more. A stop at Home Hardware to return the incorrect but more affordable dryer vent then ran to grab Britt who was walking home. I then had returns and purchases of lights at Wal-mart. Sheldon left his keys at work so had to head home and let him in. At 5 pm we met with our new town house tenants taking possession Dec 15th to sign paperwork and get damage deposit and first month. They are a very nice young married couple. We turned away 3 more couples in the first two days and pulled the ad.

A quick supper of left overs and it was off to Totem to buy a closet shelf and rod (Britt picked her plan) as well as an 220V outlet for the vacuum. Then it was southbound to the ranch house to see todays progress.

At 8, we returned to town stopping at the liquor store to re stock, very important part of building a house! Then back to town house to continue laundry and blog for me, relax with TV for S and hang in the basement for B!
