Day 197 - Dentist and driving day

Day 197 was a busy driving day. Britt and I headed to Hanna to see Dr. Dave at 9:30 after a quick stop at he bank and Tim's. Britt had an ortho workup done and I had a crown recemented and an Ozone shot. Nice to have a quick visit with Dave and Ashley G who was my chairside assistant. At 1:30 we trekked back to Strathmore arriving home at 3:30 (Britt even put in a few more driving miles). Did a few things here and as soon as Sheldon got home from work at 4:30, we stopped to pickup Shaina from her new home at Kaylin's and it was off to the city.

Shaina was getting Jessica to do her hair at the new place she is working to get her hairdressing hours in. After a bit of confusion we found the place and dropped her off at 5:35. Us 3 then headed south to Home Depot for lights, slate sealer and shower rods. Next it was Home Sense where I found nicer and cheaper shower rods! Costco was the next stop where we fine dined on hot dogs, pizza or chicken fingers. Costco had its usual draws for food but no house stuff. The final shopping destination was Bed bath & Beyond much to Britt's sheer pleasure. she managed to find a few duvet covers she just loved but the staggering price of $329. caused a sorry, not in this lifetime as my child :-) We did manage to find 2 mats, a hardwood mop system called Bona Mop, & a super cozy blanket. Anyone tried this mop system? the store had demo mops on hand and they seem very handy and easy to use!

At 9:05 we returned to pick up Shaina a now sandy blond. She was of course starving so on the way out of the city we grabbed snacks and teas at Tims. At 10 we hit Strathmore and detoured out to see the house updates.

10:30 after the quick walk thru it was north bound, dropping Shaina off and arriving home to unload Costco, blog, snack for Sheldon and soon to collapse in a warm cozy bed for a good nights sleep!
