Day 188 - another sunny fall day. Shaina was dropped off at home after her sleepover at 7:45 and Cassidy took Britt with her to work since they work together. Shaina then took truck to work just before 9. Yeah no running for Sheldon and I but I was thinking, this girl needs her own wheels soon since ranch living is not so close. Any one have a great car for sale??
I spent the day giving the town house a good cleaning, laundry, got groceries, baked another batch of these
delicious banana bars
and a big pot of
Corn & Cheese Chowder sans the fancy bun bowl,
another batch of Sheldon's favorite granola and picked up and dropped off the girls at each ones work. I borrowed Amanda's vacuum, earlier in the week a co worker was raving about the Dyson vacuum, and after trying Amanda's, I was very impressed. I even mopped the floor which really needed it.
Sheldon spent the morning installing motion sensor lights at Craig and Amanda's then Craig helped him work on the skid steer trying to find a hydrolic leak and replace those darn bolts that keep shearing off. About 2:30 they came back to town, dropped Craig back home and stopped to have a beer and throw work clothes in the garbage. He, Britt and I returned to the ranch at 3 to meet Dustin and Tony in regards to the cabinet level issue, seems it should not be an issue but Tony enlightened us to another issue. Our bathroom windows are not level which screws up the tile plans! Never an end to house building dilemmas!!

Dustin assured Tony the tile will work so that was a relief. Sheldon dropped the shift truck with Darren and back to town we came at 4:30 where we all needed a cold refreshment. I continued to clean and finish my soup, Sheldon whipped up a pack of potatoes for the barbeque and put them on. After picking Shaina up from job #2 at 5:15, he found the flame blown out. After a few more attempts and new bottle of propane we were lucky to have the hot soup ready for supper. Looks like steak and potatoes tomorrow night.
At 7 pm Sheldon went back to the ranch hoping to remove the cement board and put in more wall support but lacking the correct tools, he returned home 8:15 unsuccessful.

I stayed home and worked on 4-H since Friday is the awards night and I may have left it till the very end. Britt watched all her TV shows while Shaina did homework and napped after such a busy w/e. Then it was relax and catch up on PVR shows for S & I.
