Day 124 started early with taxi service for 2 of my daughters at 2 am :-) then back up at 8:30 to get Kaylin to her car for work. After literally dragging Britt out of bed, her Sheldon and I headed to the ranch to pickup the trailer full of drywall and haul it to the dump.
Surprisingly it only took twenty minutes to hand bomb it all out then another couple to dump the rest of the rubbish.
Back at the ranch, Britt pitched more hay to the horse, I gave Julio his medicine and the rest a treat of oats while Sheldon cut the ditches. that is until he ran out of fuel! lots of thistle seeds in the air
but it looks lots better.
The first quote by painters came in as they came to see the house at 11:30. We then loaded up back to town where i got ready for the Stamps game and did some blogging and accounting while they ran fuel back to the ranch. They did not get Mac running so came back to town.
At one we headed to Cowtown for the big game. This time it was a box for the EnCana boys and their guests. It was lots of fun.
here runs the horse at touchdown
here "Ralph k" naps in the box next to us. Apparently the heights affected his COPD
and here the epic streaker finally gets pinned down. he ran the length of the field and deeked out many cops till his final tackle.. LOL
Sheldon telling a story with his hands, OK one holds his drink :-)
After many yummy snacks and a couple beverages the game ended and we gave Glen a ride home. We stopped there to have a nice visit with the Cole family where they loaded us up with a "few" horse items. 9 pm we set out for S'more. We made a quick stop at the Brick for mattress bags on the way home as well as stopping at Kaylin's new apartment. It is a very nice 2 BR apartment with a lovely balcony. Today was mostly a fun day but you need them every now and then in this whole building moving process.
