Day 237 was a tear filled heavy heart day. Last night we had family game night and a movie in our bed. Shaina stayed as an overnight guest. Britt took Coco to her bed with her. Shaina was hoping it was a bad dream and she would wake up soon but that was not to be true. Britt did her very best and got up for work and Sheldon drove her in by 9 coming back with a hot tea but soon after she text it was just to hard. Cassidy was so kind to come in early and work a long shift so Britt could leave. Her shift was a long one 9-4 which off course was Murphy's law. At 11, Sheldon, Shaina, Coco and I headed to town to pick her up. A quick stop to Walmart to get a wireless router, McD's for some grease and the liquor store for Xmas stock up.
Back home we all just did a bit of trying to unpack. I worked on the office and Sheldon worked on the mechanical room. He and I set up another shelving unit and got it looking organized. It was a somber, quiet, sad day. Kaylin came out in late afternoon and she and the girls reminisced about Zoe. They are wanting to put all the pictures on a disc for a memory slide show. We had supper and then watched "Santa Claus 3" as a family which was nice. Kaylin headed to town about 9. After a hot bath, Bedtime found our bed full of girls and a Dad, we all snuggled, shed tears and talked about our devastating loss. The day was so full of tears and sadness. This is going to take a very long time to heal.
