Day 378 was a gorgeous sun shiny day. The girls were off to school and I had a quiet relaxing day of cleaning, walking the dogs and yard work.
early morning siesta found 7 out of 8 horses laying down while one stood guard

Diego cooling in the "ponds"
Once the girls got home from school via car and bus they had a snack and went out riding horses, each ponying one. Britt started the 30 day polocrosse challenge today where day one has her riding 4.5 miles. :-)
A company stopped to measure and quote for pavement around the front of the house, only $33,000! And the quote for planter material came in at $10,000, this required a few beers! Grant was behind them so stopped to join us. Matt and Marissa stopped after bringing back the skid steer they borrowed for the day too.
I was also cooking up some ribs to barbeque for supper. Shaina headed to town for yoga and a sleepover with Kaylin. Britt rode her bike for an hour as part of the fitness challenge. Sheldon went out to grade the road and level the garden area while me and dogs harrowed and moved my peonies from the sheds to the house.
