Day 93 - house sale day!

Day 93 was awakened to an accepted counter offer on our house! and a chai tea, what  great way to wake up. Sheldon spent the morning organizing trades, ordering basement framing lumber and running errands. The window repair man came and adjusted one sill as well. I made my way into work for the morning.
After a quick lunch and rousting the 2 younger girls, we four headed to the ranch to work. The girls headed out to pick rock in the horse pastures while we met with a fellow to discuss cabinetry. After a lengthy meeting we made great headway on custom cabinets, confident it is a much better choice than the previous plan.

The whole while the plumber (left) was working away on various projects and the road man worked to put the topsoil level to the road.
the girls working to tidy up the floors, then returned after a brief rain to harrow and pick rocks in the horse pens. Sheldon and I moved the new solar charger, adjusted wire and got the fence hot. The roofing fellow stopped by to check a small leak that requires the soffit to be installed to correct. Trash was loaded and taken to the county dump: supper, shower and a meeting with our new house buyers was followed by celebratory drinks with chips and dip! An all round great day!!
